Thank you for playing MLB Manager Online.

We are happy to announce the long awaited first Fan Challenge Tournament! To being with, all entrants will be divided by the favorite team you selected for your player profile and fight for the right to represent your favorite team in the final tournament. Once a representative for each MLB team has been decided, players will be divided by league depending on their favorite team and battle to become the top team in the US.

High ranked teams will receive bonus prizes such as special rare support cards and Team Scout Tickets.
On top of that, all players with the same favorite team as the tournament champion will receive a special bonus, regardless of whether they joined the tournament or not!

Fan Challenge

Tournament Setup

Registration Period	Enter the tournament for the right to represent your favorite MLB team. Entry fee = 100 pts
Favorite Team Preliminary	A preliminary tournament to select a player to represent each MLB team.
Pennant Race	Players will be split into American and National leagues depending on the league their favorite team usually plays in.
World Series	The winner of each league will then go on to the final best of 7 stage to fight to become number 1 in the US.
Results Published	When the tournament results are published, all players with the same favorite team as the tournament winner will receive a bonus prize.

* Registering your favorite team for the Fan Challenge

• For teams that proceed to the World Series, your favorite team at the start of the tournament is the favorite team that will be used throughout the entire tournament.
• For teams that join the tournament but are knocked out either in the Preliminary or Pennant Race stages, your favorite team at the time the World Series begins will be used to determine your favorite team for the purpose of awarding the bonus prize for having the same favorite team at the tournament winner.
• For teams that do not enter the tournament, your favorite team at the time the World Series begins will be used to determine your favorite team for the purpose of awarding the bonus prize for having the same favorite team as the tournament winner.

* Your roster at the start of each stage will be used for games in that stage. In other words, you can change your roster between stages.

* With the exception of the World Series, the Fan Challenge is a knockout tournament, so if you lose one game you will be out of the tournament.

* Please note, there are 3 different Fan Challenges. The schedule for tournaments depends on which world you are in.

* All games for a given stage will occur at the same time so results will be immediately available.

* You cannot view tournament results once the publication period has expired.

You will earn points based on your team's performance in all tournament games.

* ”Entry” bonus points will be awarded to all entrants who do not make it to the best 4 in their Favorite Team Preliminary.

* All teams with the same favorite team as the tournament winner will be awarded the “Same Favorite Team” bonus regardless of whether they entered the tournament or not.

Please Note

• * Tournaments may be cancelled due to lack of participants, or necessary emergency maintenance.
• * You cannot view tournament results once the publication period has expired.
• * You can cancel your registration at any time between the registration period closing and the tournament beginning by clicking the “Retire” button.
• * Please make sure you check the tournament results. You will not receive your prize points or entry reward until you check the results. If you do not check your results before the publication period expires, you will not receive your prize points or entry reward.
