About ID/password

Q.I have lost my password. Is there anyway I can retrieve it?
A.We do not resend passwords in MLB Manager Online.
For players that have lost their password, please reset your password again by clicking "I can't access my account" from the login screen.

By entering your SEGA Game ID and clicking "Send" on the Reset Password screen, we will send you an email with instructions on how to change your password to the email address for your SEGA Game ID.
Please follow the instructions in this email to reset your password successfully.

Passwords must consist of 6-16 one byte characters excluding symbols, and must include more than two alphabets and one number.
We recommend you to write down your new password to prevent it from loss. To reset your password click here
