Bug Fixes

Stats for Hits are included in Extra Base Hits on the Team Stats Screen - FIXED
A pitcher receives a hold even though he lost the game - FIXED
Earned Run Average stats not correctly displayed - FIXED

New Dream Team

You can now play Exhibition Matches against Team West, a team made up of players from the western divisions of the American and National Leagues.
